Port Credit is a nice area with many conveniences, so the building is in a great location except for the busy and dangerous intersection where it sits. Also, this building lacks a friendly environment due to poor, unresponsive management. Common spaces are visibly empty as people avoid each other and keep to themselves. Security monitors owners with cameras everywhere so it's an uncomfortable atmosphere. The physical building is quite decent so this place could be made better with competent and professional management practices, making it a warmer place that people could call home.
